Casa Magnolia is located on Via dell’Isonzo, in a residential area surrounded by lush greenery.
Just outside Porta S. Isaia, the apartment enjoys an ideal position at a key crossroads for reaching all major city destinations: from the main squares to the exhibition centre, the central train and bus stations, the airport, and the S. Orsola, Maggiore, and Rizzoli hospitals.
Frequent and reliable long-route bus connections make it easy to reach the entire urban network in just a short time.
Casa Magnolia is only a 10–15 minute walk from the historic city centre and the charm of the Two Towers, following the porticoed streets of Via S. Isaia or Via S. Felice.

PARKING
La Magnolia B&B has private parking available and has also a discounted parking right in front of the entrance. Please note to always ask for parking availability at the time of your reservation.
In all of the streets around our B&B there are also parking spots with blue lines where parking is always permitted by payment.
From Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm the cost is € 1,50/hour – or buying a daily ticket in tobacco shop, just near the B&B, € 7,50 daily.
In case of necessity, it is possible to request a daily ticket at La Magnolia, we will help to register your tag plate online for you, price € 8,50.
TRAVEL
BY BUS
Bus stops of Line 14 and Line 21 are a few steps from the B&B.
Lines that connect city centre with Via Andrea Costa are:
*Line 14 A,B,C: Stop “Ugo Bassi” or “Rizzoli”
*Line 21: Stop “Malpighi”
To the Fairground and exhibition center:
* Line 21: Stop “Creti” or until the last one stop, and take line 10 until “Piazza della Costituzione”
