Damage to the Property – Stays Longer Than 7 Days
For stays longer than 7 days, the property reserves the right to carry out periodic inspections of the room, by prior arrangement with the guest and with full respect for their privacy.
Guests are expected to take proper care of the room, its furnishings, and all amenities provided. Any damage, breakage, missing items, or deterioration beyond normal wear and tear, identified during the stay or upon check-out, will be charged to the responsible guest, who will be required to reimburse the cost of repair or replacement.
