Casa Magnolia is located in a charming building just off Via Andrea Costa, in a quiet, predominantly residential area only a short walk from the historic centre of Bologna.
Sisters Franca and Silvia purchased the apartment in the early 2000s with the intention of expanding the accommodations offered by B&B La Magnolia, providing guests with an additional and distinctive lodging option.
Drawing on the long-standing experience of the B&B, established in 1995, they have always placed great importance on comfort and attention to detail. Over the years, this care has guided the furnishing and renovation of Casa Magnolia, ensuring that every stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible for their guests.
THE GARDEN CORNER
Just as B&B La Magnolia is set within a garden, the Casa Magnolia apartment also enjoys its own little green retreat.
From the living-room door, you step directly onto a terrace that leads to a small private garden complete with a table and chairs, allowing you to relax outdoors in a peaceful, secluded space—right in what will become your home in Bologna.

CASA MAGNOLIA
Casa Magnolia offers its guests all the comforts of a true home, overlooking a small private garden that opens directly onto the living room. Warmly and comfortably furnished, it is suitable for two to four guests, featuring a double bedroom and a one-and-a-half–sized sofa bed in the living area.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, and oven; a coffee corner with toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and pods; a private bathroom with shower and washing machine; and a living room with a Smart TV. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided for every guest.

Variation of our prices is seasonal. The above prices include breakfast. All rooms include a smart TV, a small fridge, and towels for each Guest. Room cleaning will occur on a daily basis. Towels are changed on the third day of stay, to respect the environment. For any special needs/requests and to guarantee that all of our Guests have a comfortable stay, a daily towel change is available on request and at a small extra cost of € 5,00/person. If you are planning a longer stay, a custom price can be considered.
La Magnolia B&B offers a private parking area as well as a discounted parking area right in front of our entrance. Please note to always ask for parking availability at the time of your request.
